Our class programs
Fundamentals
The core of jiu-jitsu: positions, escapes, and submissions taught step by step. The best place to start. May be taught in the Gi or No-Gi depending on the scheduled session.
Lunch Break Jiu-Jitsu
A flexible midday training window. Arrive and leave as work or lunch allows — drill, roll, or squeeze in whatever useful work you can. No need to stay the full session. May be taught in the Gi or No-Gi depending on the scheduled session.
Ladies Night BJJ
A welcoming women-only class for beginners and experienced students, focused on practical jiu-jitsu fundamentals, technique, and confidence. May be taught in the Gi or No-Gi depending on the scheduled session.
Gi vs. No-Gi
Brazilian jiu-jitsu is trained in two closely related forms. Both use the same core positions and techniques, and both are valid, complementary paths. Beginners are welcome in whichever sessions fit their schedule.
Gi
Gi training uses the traditional jacket, pants, and belt. Fabric grips create additional grip options and often produce a more methodical, control-based style.
No-Gi
No-Gi training uses a rash guard or athletic shirt with shorts or spats — no jacket grips. Expect more emphasis on movement, wrestling, and quick transitions.
