• The official logo and PF cattle-brand mark

• Original application content

We do not claim ownership of third-party trademarks, services, software, or member-owned content.

• Submitted information must be accurate.
• Adults must have authority to submit information for a minor.
• You retain applicable rights in your personal information.
• Submitted information may be used for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy and applicable agreements.

The website may rely on third-party services for payment processing, hosting, databases, email, maps, analytics, and other operations.

External links are provided for convenience and do not necessarily constitute endorsement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, outages, updates, or technical failures may occur.

Website information does not replace coach instructions, academy rules, medical guidance, the participant waiver, or your individual judgment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prairie Fire Grappling LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. This clause does not replace the participant liability waiver.

You agree to indemnify Prairie Fire Grappling LLC for claims arising from your fraudulent, unlawful, intentional, or materially prohibited use of the website. This does not require indemnification for Prairie Fire Grappling's own unlawful conduct.

We may suspend website access for security threats, fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or material violations.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, with venue in the courts serving Morris County, Kansas, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce a provision once does not permanently waive that provision.
