Membership Terms

These Membership Terms form an agreement between Prairie Fire Grappling LLC and the adult member, or the parent or legal guardian enrolling a minor. Your membership is also governed by the following separate documents:

• The participant liability waiver
• The Privacy Policy
• The Payment Authorization
• The Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Academy safety and conduct rules

• Adults may enroll themselves.
• A parent or legal guardian must enroll a minor.
• Submitted information must be truthful and current.
• Enrollment may be declined for capacity, conduct, safety, or legitimate operational reasons.
• Enrollment is not complete until all required agreements and payment steps are completed.

• Monthly Membership — $60: charged monthly and renewed automatically until canceled.
• Three-Month Membership — $150: charged every three months and renewed automatically until canceled.
• Drop-In — $10: for the applicable session or access period. It does not automatically renew.
• Builders Club — $250: a one-time purchase including three months of unlimited membership and the approved Builders Club benefits.

Memberships are personal and nontransferable unless Prairie Fire Grappling provides written approval.

The Builders Club is a one-time $250 purchase that includes:

• Three months of unlimited membership
• An exclusive Builders Club rashguard
• Engraved-signature recognition on the Builders Club plaque
• Official Builders Club designation
• An invitation to the academy opening event
• Approved early access to selected seminars, merchandise, or special events

Please note:

• Availability may be limited.
• Sizing and engraving information must be accurate.
• Personalized or custom items are generally nonreturnable after production begins.
• The Builders Club does not automatically renew.
• Continued membership after the included period requires selection of another available membership plan.

• Monthly Membership renews every month.
• Three-Month Membership renews every three months.
• Your saved payment method may be charged automatically.
• Renewal continues until you cancel.
• Cancellation must be completed before the next scheduled billing date to prevent the next charge.
• Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current paid period.
• You may cancel through the available online membership-management process or through the Contact page.

Access to classes and facilities is subject to:

• Payment status
• The academy schedule
• Class eligibility
• Safety rules and conduct requirements
• Coach instructions

Class schedules, instructors, and formats may change. Temporary changes do not automatically create refund eligibility.

Members are required to observe the following:

• Respectful behavior and compliance with coaching instructions
• Safe and controlled training
• Proper hygiene and proper use of equipment
• No harassment, threats, bullying, or discrimination
• No theft, intentional injury, or property damage
• No training while impaired
• No attendance while knowingly contagious
• Compliance with age, rank, class, and technique restrictions
• Accurate check-in and no account or PIN sharing

Grappling and fitness training involve physical exertion and inherent risk. You acknowledge that:

• Members are responsible for determining whether they can participate.
• Members should obtain medical guidance when appropriate.
• Relevant safety information should be disclosed.
• Coaches may restrict participation when reasonably necessary.

These terms do not replace the participant liability waiver.

Members are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings, subject to applicable law.

Membership does not create automatic media consent. Photography or media use is governed by a separate permission process where applicable.

You must protect your account credentials, avoid sharing your PIN, and promptly report any suspected compromise of your account.

• Fees are due under the plan you select.
• Failed or overdue payment may result in temporary suspension of access.
• Authorized payment retries may occur.
• No undisclosed late fee will be imposed.
• Valid unpaid balances remain due.

We may suspend or terminate membership for:

• Nonpayment
• Fraud or unauthorized access
• Serious misconduct or repeated violations
• Threats, harassment, or intentional injury
• Significant safety concerns
• Materially false enrollment information

Refund eligibility remains governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy and applicable law.

Material updates to these terms will be dated, versioned, and communicated where appropriate.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, with venue in the courts serving Morris County, Kansas, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
